In Hamburg werden wir in gut einer Woche mal wieder Wahlen haben, aber gemäß dem alten Spruch "Wenn Wahlen etwas ändern würden, wären sie schon lange verboten", ignoriere auch ich dies weitest gehend. ABER heute sah ich einige sehr schöne Motive für meine Serie "Left Over". Diese drei Bilder sind das, was der Sturm und der Regen und einige tatkräftige Mitbürger von den Wahlversprechen (election pledge) übrig gelassen haben.

I find these very interesting. Other people would just walk past, and think the left over scraps of posters on the wall are ugly. Yet somehow caputured in this way, there is beauty in them. A temporary thing at that, until new posters arrive.
Oh Y E S! That was my motivation to take the pictures ...for me its also a sign for an information-over-kill...
